University in Poland Optimized Their Overloaded Salesforce File Storage Space with XfilesPro

When using Salesforce to automate internal operations, our customer has observed the unmanageable growth of different categories of files such as  KYC docs, application docs, queries, bank statements, etc, which have been sent by students via email. Since the file growth consumed the university’s 85% of Salesforce file storage space, they decided to move the files out of Salesforce and store them in SharePoint externally. Apart from this, the customer was also required to ensure that the URLs of SharePoint files (migrated from Salesforce) are maintained in the Salesforce records.
