Overview

Being a 121 year old financial services company, our customer was required to create a large number of documents daily. Although they were using a 3rd-party app to generate documents, it became inefficient and the customer had to onboard some other application to automate the process. 

At the same time, they put forth a condition that the newly created documents shouldn’t cause the exceeding of Salesforce’s file storage space. They wanted to move them instantly from Salesforce to an external storage system of their choice.
